The Blue Growth S3 Week – Second wave is about to start in 7 days!

The transnational event Moving towards an Innovation Community on Sustainable Blue Economy in the Adriatic-Ionian region will take place in hybrid format in Tirana International Hotel & Conference Center, in Tirana from 22nd to 24th February.

The first day of the conference will be consisted by two sessions on the topics Blue Economy: planning for establishing capacities for the Albanian Blue concept and The BLUEAIR project: state of the art and main results, as well as three panels, i.e:

• Embedding transnational cooperation in the S3 across the Adriatic Ionian area: prospects and challenges;
• Alignment of Institutional framework;
• Transformative Actions Towards Blue Sustainable Solutions.

While the second day will start with the session “Preparing the next generation of blue skills to match the training offer to the market needs: advanced digital, green and soft skills for future blue careers and continue with Pooling relevant fundings for the Blue Economy. The Macroregional innovation community for the sustainable blue economy that will be established within BLUEAIR project, which will be presented and discussed with the participants.

An open debate on the transition from challenges and opportunities to solutions towards the BLUEAIR Innovation Community and Innovation Strategy will close the 2-day events.

On February 24^th the participants will moved to Elbasan to the Fish City having a presentation of the main activities of “Rozafa” Company and Fish City, related with Blue Economy.
