In this document – Blue Growth Best Practice Identification and Benchmarking Report on Blue Growth Innovation Policies are carried out in parallel, having in mind that both tasks are intertwined and complementary.
The blue growth innovation policy of the Adriatic-Ionian macro-region was benchmarked against other European sea basins using a self-assessment approach. In cooperation with the University of Belgrade, Technology Park Ljubjana developed a Blueair Benchmarking Tool, offering opportunities for continuous self-assessment and progress monitoring.
